It depends on the piece. Our sets are cut from breathable linen, textured cotton weaves and soft linen-rayon blends, with crinkle and jacquard details. Our loafers are made from genuine leather and suede — real hides, not coated synthetics.

Our loafers fit true to size. If you are between sizes, or you have a wide foot, size up — the last runs slightly narrow.

Rather than converting between EU, UK and US, measure your foot: stand on paper with your heel to a wall, mark your longest toe, and measure in millimetres at the end of the day. Then use the size guide on the product page to pick your size from that measurement.

Suede and leather soften and mould to your foot over the first few wears, so a snug feel on day one is right.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, and shipping is free worldwide on every order. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Import duties or customs fees, where your country applies them, are not included in the price and are the recipient's responsibility.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery — items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Email help@pabloraezstore.com with your order number to start.

Received something defective or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Clothing. Check the care label first. As a rule: wash cold on a gentle cycle, skip harsh detergents, avoid high-heat drying, and iron on low if needed. Hang or fold to store.

Loafers. Never machine wash them. Keep suede dry, brush it with a suede brush to lift dust and restore the nap, and use a protector spray before the first wear. If a pair gets wet, let it air dry at room temperature, away from radiators and direct sun. Store them shaped, with trees or stuffed with paper.
